Also, no real customization beyond colors and text - nothing fancy like custom branding or animations. If you’re into making your chat feel like part of your brand’s vibe, this won’t cut it.

And honestly, the lack of clear info on downloads or license kind of raises a red flag. You’re trusting a company with zero public footprint. I’d be more comfortable if I knew who made it or how many people were using it. But hey, it works for what it does.
