OpenSheetMusicDisplay for WordPress

The not-so-good

It’s a little barebones if you’re used to something like Gutenberg’s full feature set. No built-in audio playback, which some might want. And yeah, the developer info is nowhere. That’s fine if it works, but it’s weirdly anonymous. Also, the customization options are limited. You can tweak zoom and width, sure, but no way to change font size or staff spacing beyond what the default allows. If you’re doing advanced notation tweaks, you’ll need to handle that before uploading. Oh, and it only supports MusicXML files - no MIDI or ABC. So if you’re stuck with older files, you’ll need to convert first.
