The good stuff

What surprised me was how varied the missions felt. One level had me dodging storms over mountain passes, another was a nighttime run through city ruins with enemy flares lighting up the sky. The five terrain types really made each level feel different. And the power-ups? They weren’t just flavor-they actually changed how you played. Getting the homing missile pack in level 8 turned what was a stressful chase into a smooth takedown of a gun tower cluster. Also, the boss fights at the end of each zone are legitimately tense. That third boss? A giant hovering drone that spams missiles while you’re trying to land a hit on its weak point. Felt like a real challenge.

The not-so-good

It’s definitely dated. The graphics are rough, textures pop in late, and the controls feel a little stiff if you're used to modern flight sims. The camera can be annoying too-sometimes it glitches behind your helicopter, making it hard to aim during tight maneuvers. And yeah, the music is… okay, but nothing memorable. It’s not a game you’d play for the atmosphere. Also, no multiplayer or save system. You’re basically doing one run from start to finish, which might frustrate people who want more replayability. If you’re looking for depth, this isn’t it.
